I work for a city streets department and needed a solid pair of steel toe boots. I have used the 310 st for two weeks now and so far they are rock solid. The sizing was a bit odd though. The website advises to order 1 size smaller than normal, this was not the case for me. After two return I found that they actually run one half size smaller than normal in my case. Military boots direct was very good about the returns but the second one was out of pocket as it states on the website so order wisely. I plan on purchasing another pair very soon to alternate wear days and prolong the life of the boot.
This is my 3rd pair of Bellevilles and I think they excel in every category. First off, 5/5 for comfort. The comfort is excellent and they require minimal break in. They really do have a running shoe feel after you get used to them. 5/5 for workmanship. Leather and materials look top notch and the heel is very sturdy and I've never had a problem with any of my boots coming apart. Impressive double and triple stitching on the heel and uppers. Sizing is a 2/5. They run large so just keep them in mind and different Belleville boots run different sizes so just make sure you ask about that particular boot before you decide on the size. These 310 STs ran about 1 size larger than my regular cross trainer size. Overall I give these a 5/5!
These have been a great pair of boots for the last 2 years. The Vanguard insole makes these boots so comfortable. The steel toe in these have saved my toes more than a few times while working in Army supply facilities and being around heavy boxes, crates, forklifts, etc. I've recommended these to some of the other warriors in my shop.
I bought these after my issue boots were toast. These boots are very comfortable for rucking but they sole has worn down to the balls of my feet in 8 months. I've been pretty rough on these boots wearing them 12-16 hrs every day since I bought them. I wish they would have lasted longer.
Great boots but sole started wearing down after 6 months.
I usually go through a pair of boots every 4 months. These lasted pretty long. It's been almost 10 months and the sole is still holding together. I pretty much live in these boots for 12-16 hrs a day. Definitely recommend these.
