Belleville is the largest supplier of footwear to the U.S. military and produces over one million pairs of boots annually. They have a long history as a military footwear supplier that dates back to World War I when they were awarded their first Department of Defense contract to the U.S. Army. Since their humble beginnings in a small local operation Belleville, Illinois, they now employ over 1300 workers and have become the nation’s largest producer of military footwear. Their use of cutting edge robotics, top quality materials, and commitment to the U.S. soldier is what has powered their success since 1904. Today, Belleville Boots continues to innovate and sets industry footwear standards for military boots.
By Bruce Ferrigamo on Apr 9, 2012I've been wearing Bellevilles for 8 years now and this is my third pair. These are solid boots just like the 700s and 220s I bought a few years ago. My other pairs of boots are still fine, just scuffed up and the color of the suede on the 220s have gotten a couple shades darker. Other than that, they are still going strong. Good to see a company that still makes a quality product today here in the USA.
By Lt Johns from Manassas, VA on Mar 27, 2012These boots were great right out of the box. I didn't really notice any break in which was a surprise because all the boots i've had in the past required at least a few days. They are comfortable as they are advertized to feel like a running shoe. Great boots!
By joe on Feb 19, 2012i got these boots for its nomax feature, but a laceing eyelet keeps on rubs into my left ankle because these have no padding. The right boot was good. I tried boot socks but it doesnt help. it hurts so much that i cant wear them. these boots suck.
By Chris from Aurora, CO on Jan 14, 2012I placed my order on Monday and got my boots on Wednesday. Thanks for the fast shipping. These boots feel great right out of the box. I was planning on upgrading the insole to a Dr Schols the as I do with all my boots but I was surprised how comfortable they were. We'll see how they hold up. I've heard good things about Bellevilles.
By ted g. from St Louis, MO on Oct 2, 2011these do run suprisingly one size large but I followed the sizing advice on your website and got it right the first time. the comfort on these has been amazing. i've been rucking in these pretty much 6 days/week for the last month and they are super comfortable. I can really notice the difference in the heel area after a couple hours of having them on. i highly recommend these boots.
