Shipping & Delivery

MilitaryBootsDirect.com is proud to offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders for shipment within the continental United States and for APO/FPO addresses. Sorry but there is no international shipping offered at this time.

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Delivery Service Time

Order Processing Time typically takes up to 48 hrs to confirm your information before we can ship out your order.

1. Free Ground Delivery Service - 5 to 7 business days after date of shipment
  • - Continental U.S. delivery provided by FedEx or UPS
  • - APO/FPO delivery provided by USPS
  • - P.O. Boxes cannot be delivered to but can be used for a billing address
  • - Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer (free shipping not available for Hawaii and Alaska)

2. Two-Day Delivery Service - 2 business days after date of shipment
  • - Delivery provided by FedEx, UPS, etc..
  • - No weekend delivery; P.O. Boxes cannot be delivered to but can be used for a billing address
  • - Signature upon delivery required for all second-day deliveries

Package Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed to customers once orders are shipped, usually between 48 to 72 hrs after placing your order. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number info, please Email Us.

Please note that only packages shipped within the 50 states will receive a tracking number. Overseas APO/FPO addresses cannot be tracked, hence no tracking details will be sent out.

Return Policy

Returning products to Military Boots Direct is simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply contact us and we will assist you with the process. The following rules apply:

  • 1. A Return Authorization MUST be requested from Military Boots Direct prior to returning an item
  • 2. Items must be received by us within 45 days of delivery for a full refund back to the method of payment
  • 3. Returned items must be in new, resaleable condition with the original tags, boxes, & packaging
  • 4. If the reason for the exchange is due to our error, Military Boots Direct will provide a credit for return shipping
  • 5. Items returned after 45 days of delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
    • Exchange Policy

      If you need to exchange an item, simply contact us for a Return Authorization Number and then ship your item back. Once your item is received, we'll ship out your replacement item. The following conditions apply:

      • 1. A Return Authorization MUST be requested from Military Boots Direct prior to exchanging an item
      • 2. Items must be exchanged within 60 days of delivery
      • 3. Exchanged items must be in new, resaleable condition with the original tags, boxes, & packaging
      • 4. If the reason for the exchange is due to our error, Military Boots Direct will provide a credit for return shipping
      • 5. Items exchanged after 60 days of delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee

      When you shop at Military Boots Direct, you receive our 110% Lowest Price Guarantee. If you find the identical item on another website for less, let us know and if we can verify it, we’ll discount our price by 110% of the price difference!

      • 1. The competitor must be an authorized online retailer advertising the same product

      • 4. Applies only to brand new items with original tags and original packaging

      Damaged / Missing Items


      Damaged Items

      If upon delivery of your boot order, the contents have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and ask you to return the item(s) to us for an exchange. Please call us for more details.


      Incorrect or Missing Items

      If you receive an incorrect item, please call us and let us know. We will send you the correct item as soon as we can. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on sending the original item back to us. If it's our mistake, we'll also ensure you are not charged for the item or its return postage.

      Defective Items & Product Warrantees

      If you feel your boots have not met the manufacturer's warranty requirements, you may be eligible to make an exchange for a replacement product. Most footwear manufacturer's warranties cover workmanship and material defects from 1 year of purchase. Check on your specific boot warranty policy on your manufacturer's website. Please keep your sales receipt/invoice and Email Us for more details on making a claim.
