Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items



What if my item was damaged in transit?

If upon delivery of your boot order, the contents have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and ask you to return the item(s) to us for an exchange. Please email us for more details.


What if my item is defective?

If you feel your boots have not met the manufacturer's warranty requirements, you may be eligible to make an exchange for a replacement product. Most boot warranties cover workmanship and material defects from 1 year of purchase. Check with your specific boot manufacturer on their warranty policy. Please keep your sales receipt/invoice and email us for more details on making a claim.


What if I received an item I did not order (i.e. an "incorrect" item)?

If you receive an incorrect item, please email us and let us know. We will send you the correct item as soon as we can. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on sending the original item back to us. We will ensure you are not charged for the item or its return postage.
