Return Policy

Returning products to Military Boots Direct is simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply contact us and we will assist you with the process.

• A Return Authorization MUST be requested from Military Boots Direct prior to returning an item
• Items can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund back to the method of payment
• Returned items must be in new, resaleable condition with the original tags, boxes, & packaging
• If the reason for the exchange is due to our error, Military Boots Direct will provide a credit for return shipping
• Items returned after 60 days of delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
