Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses - $13.95 ($10 per additional item)
Tracking numbers are emailed to customers once orders are shipped. Please allow up to 3 days after order placement to receive your tracking number.
If you need to exchange an item, simply email us for a UPS prepaid shipping label then drop it off at any UPS shipping location. You'll need access to a printer. Sorry, we do not provide prepaid labels from any other carriers so any other method of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. The following conditions apply:

Damaged / Missing ItemsDamaged Items
If upon delivery of your boot order, the contents have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will give you a Return Authorization Number to get the a replacement item. Please email us for more details.If you have a damaged item, CLICK HERE.
Incorrect or Missing Items

Defective Items & Product Warrantees
If you feel your boots have not met the manufacturer's warranty requirements, you may be eligible to make an exchange for a replacement product. Most footwear manufacturer's warranties cover workmanship and material defects from 1 year of purchase. Please contact us for a warranty authorization number and ship your boots back to the address provided.
