We collect your name, e-mail address, contact number, billing and shipping addresses, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

We may use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about new products, sales, and special offers we think you will find valuable. However, we will never sell, trade, or share your personal information with others.

All orders are placed through a secure Yahoo! server. The information you provide to us is sent via a secure socket layer (SSL) transmission. Furthermore, all of this data is protected against unauthorized access, and is stored with 128 bit encryption, the strongest industry standard encryption.

Shipping & Delivery is proud to offer Free Ground Shipping on all new orders for shipment within the continental United States. Sorry but there is no international shipping offered at this time.

Ground Shipping to Lower 48 States - Free
  • - Generally 7 to 9 business days after date of shipment. We are not responsible if shipping takes longer than estimated.
  • - P.O. Boxes cannot be delivered to but can be used for a billing address.
  • - Continental U.S. delivery provided by FedEx or UPS.
  • - P.O. Boxes cannot be delivered to but can be used for a billing address.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses - $13.95 ($10 per additional item)

Package Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed to customers once orders are shipped. Please allow up to 3 days after order placement to receive your tracking number.
Please note that only packages shipped within the 50 states will receive a tracking number. Overseas APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS and cannot be tracked, hence no tracking details will be sent out.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item, simply email us for a UPS prepaid shipping label then drop it off at any UPS shipping location. You'll need access to a printer. Sorry, we do not provide prepaid labels from any other carriers so any other method of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. The following conditions apply:

  • 1. Exchanged items must be in brand new condition with the original tags attached, boxes, & packaging. If your item is worn or used in any way, it will be returned to you and incurred return shipping costs will be billed to you.
  • 2. One free exchange is allowed for each item purchased and only applies to addresses in the lower 48 states. Sorry, this does not apply to overseas APO/FPO addresses.
  • 3. Once you have received your first free exchange, additional exchanges will be charged a shipping fee of $9.95 each.

Return Policy

Returning products to is simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply email us and we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to make it easy. The following rules apply:

  • 1. A Return Authorization must be requested from us prior to returning an item. Items sent to us without a Return Authorization will be refused and returned.
  • 2. A Return Authorization must be requested within one year of purchase date.
  • 3. Returned items must be in brand new condition with the original tags attached, boxes, & packaging or your item will be returned to you and incurred shipping costs will be billed to you.
  • 4. Returns will be refunded the full purchase price minus a $10 return shipping charge if a prepaid shipping label is provided. This only applies to orders within the lower 48 states. Sorry APO/FPO return shipping is at the customers expense because we cannot provide a prepaid shipping label. We do not charge any restocking fees.

      Damaged / Missing Items

      Damaged Items

      If upon delivery of your boot order, the contents have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will give you a Return Authorization Number to get the a replacement item. Please email us for more details.

      Incorrect or Missing Items

      If you receive an incorrect item, please call us and let us know. We will send you the correct item as soon as we can. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on sending the original item back to us.

      Defective Items & Product Warrantees

      If you feel your boots have not met the manufacturer's warranty requirements, you may be eligible to make an exchange for a replacement product. Most footwear manufacturer's warranties cover workmanship and material defects from 1 year of purchase. Please contact us for a warranty authorization number and ship your boots back to the address provided.
