Product Description


The Altama 3578 Tan Desert Ortho-TacX II Boot is Altama’s newest tactical boot. Introduced in late 2011, The 3578 features the Vibram Anansi sole designed for exceptional performance on ice and slippery surfaces and is considered to be one of the best sole designs for hot or cold weather conditions. The OrthotacX lineup for 2011 features a molded EVA midsole designed to reduce ankle injuries and uses a multi-port ventilation system for maximum breathe-ability while providing waterproof Gore-Tex protection. Other comfort features include a padded tongue and suede-lined padded collar. The 3578 is US Army Combat Uniform (ACU) approved.

Great Altama Quality

Very lightweight and the quality I'd expect from Altama. Ankle support is excellent. I've owned several models of their Exospeed boots in the past and these are made to the same standards. Good buy.
