The boots are great. Extremely comfortable. I just wore them to work last week and they were pretty much broken by lunchtime. Boots have really come a long way. These boots get a lot of use throughout my work day. I work in a product distribution facility so I'm constantly on my feet, climbing ladders, sometimes crawling. So far these boots have been great with no complaints. We'll see how well they do in the next few months but so far so good.

The soles on these boots have been amazing and have worn very well compared to some brands I've had in the past where I had problem with the heels wearing faster than the rest of the boot. These boots keep my feet cool with just athletic socks. I've owned several pairs of the Bates brand in the past and I'm a loyal customer. They're not the best money can but but they are an excellent value if you're looking for a reasonably priced boot you can get 2-3 years of use out of.

These are great for EMTs. Moving patients in and out of an ambulance takes a toll on your feet and your back. At least these boots greatly help my feet and are comfortable but protect from the bumps and knocks in the back of an ambulance.

These Bates sports boots are by far the best boots i have ever had. They're lightweight and comfortable to run in but are made to last. I'm currently on my third pair and I have walked miles with out a single hot spot or blister. I often times choose to wear these over my Nike running shoes because they're just as comfortable but add some ankle support when I'm engaged in outside activities.
