The Men's Hot Weather Coyote Brown ACU OCP Lightweight Jungle Boot was intended for soldiers looking for a lightweight boot for overseas operations to desert settings such as Afghanistan. This boot features lightweight construction and a durable upper made of ballistic nylon and 100% cattle hide. This boot provides ample ankle support while allowing freedom of movement to keep you moving efficiently during your missions. This boot has comfort in mind and features perforations for air flow and breathability. A multi-terrain outsole provides good traction on loose and rocky surfaces. Bates footwear is one of the primary vendors of military boots to the U.S. military.

Dependable Bates Quality

I've been a Bates customer for years. This is my 8th pair from them beginning with the hot weather boots they issued me when I was a recruit in the Army. These boots are no exception. Comfortable and good quality.


Good but Noisy

These boots are good and light but are noisy. They make a creaking sound every time I take a step. My opinion is kind of mixed on these.
