Definitely happy with these boots. I spend 7+ hours on my feet every day for my job as a TSA officer so I've really put these boots to the test. So far, they've been great. My feet and knees have really benefitted from wearing these. They're a little on the heavy side so I should have probably spent more money and got something a little lighter but other than that, I can't complain.

This is my second pair of the original swat metro boots but the first pair I had was the 6 inch version. I picked these up because of an ankle injury from a recent camping trip. But so far i love the boot. They fit great and are much more comfortable compared to my thorogoods. I work around motor oil and grease all day and they clean up real easy. I plan on picking another up when these wear out.

The 1232s are my first pair of shoes by Original Swat which was recommended to me by a friend. They are incredible comfortable and have great ventillation since my feet do sweat. Good quality in the double toe stitching and heavy-duty zipper. They are definitely an upgrade to the work boots I was wearing before these. Thanks!

I can't recommend these boots highly enough. I first bought these when I was in medical school, and had them on 10 hours a day. I never had any issues with sore or aching feet. It''s been almost three years and the soles are finally giving out. They're not as cushioned as they used to be and they look kind of deflated. I wore them down so much that there now a hole in the heel of the shoe. So I bought a second pair of these . Thank God they still make these after three years. Same great quality and comfort. Excellent, excellent boots!

i bought these on the recomendation of a friend. i've never wore a more comfortable boot.

I work as a teacher at a elementary school so I'm constantly on my feet. These have been extremely comfortable and long lasting. My current pair has lasted me almost 2 years and they are still going strong. My favorite part about these boots is the zipper which makes putting them on in the morning a snap. They are a little tight but that's probably my mistake for not buying the next larger size.

These are pretty comfortable but they are made in China and look cheaply made.
