Cordura fabrics are known for their durability and resistance to abrasions, tears and scuffs. Made from 100% man-made nylon, Cordura is tear resistant, retains its color, and is a lightweight, durable material ideal for outdoor use. It is used in many combat boot uppers because of its durable qualities.

GORE-TEX® footwear provides durably waterproof protection that is highly breathable in a variety of climate conditions. GORE-TEX® fabric is engineered to keep moisture from entering the boot while allowing perspiration to escape. The optimal combination of breathability and insulation keeps feet drier while maintaining comfort. This helps prevent feet from overheating or issues caused by excessive perspiration build up inside the boots. The GORE-TEX® lining is also POL (Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant) resistant. MeraMAX® is specifically designed for the high performance demands of military boots. This tough and durable polyurethane elastomer outsole used on various styles of our boots is lightweight, long-wearing, slip resistant, flexible, shock absorbing, energy returning, comfortable, heat and flame resistant, oil /solvent resistant, and hydrolytically stable.

DuPont™ NOMEX® is the fiber that’s engineered to stand up to excessive flame temperatures; therefore, provides superior heat and flame resistance which cannot be washed out or worn away. It won’t melt, drip, or support combustion in the air, giving you the confidence it takes to focus on the fight. For superior performance in the areas of flame resistance, thermal protection, comfort and durability, DuPont™ NOMEX® offers exceptional results.

This original “warm without bulk” product was developed specifically for footwear. With its micro-fibers trapping and holding body heat, THINSULATE™ maintains warmth even in damp conditions. Not only is it exceptionally thin, but is also extremely lightweight and durable.

TUFFkushion® is a midsole system developed by Wellco. This is a feature on majority of present generation military boots. This process is a polyurethane midsole with a high traction rubber tread sole. This can all be traced to a development contract awarded to Wellco by US Army Natick Laboratories. Wellco's TUFFkushion® soling system not only provides a lightweight product, but also provides a running shoe feel.

Made with pure silver, X-STATIC® silver coated fiber lining is designed to eliminate microbes, neutralize odor and regulate body temperature. The hotter and wetter an environment becomes, the more effective X-STATIC® becomes. X-STATIC® is also permanent and its performance does not diminish over time.

Steel Toe/Composite Toe - Each of our high-clearance steel and composite toes meet ASTM F2412-05 and F2413-05 standards for impact & compression and Electrical Hazard (EH) rated. Design extras, such as padding under and around the safety toe and our flange-anchored construction, provide both increased comfort and safety.
