It features some of the most modern technologies in footwear and is one of the lightest boots on the market today. The Reebok RB8821 Dauntless Men's Composite Toe Side Zip Tactical Boot was designed for hot weather desert environments such as the Middle East. This boot offers several comfort features to include a lightweight upper consisting of leather and nylon mesh for the ultimate in breathability and cooling. The moisture wicking lining is also treated with Aegis Antibacterial Shielding to prevent odor, fungus, and bacteria from ever being a problem. It includes dual instep air vents to keep circulation going even in extreme temperatures. A dual density lightweight EVA midsole provides the best combination of low weight and shock attenuation to keep fatigue at a minimum. A composite toe provides protection from crushing objects and is completely nonmetallic so airports and duty around x-ray equipment will never be a problem. Lastly, a convenient side zipper makes wear and removal a cinch when every second counts.
